This wine is pale green straw in colour with complex aromas of melons, citrus and tropical fruits, integrated well with vanillin oak overtones. The palate is medium bodied with ripe sweet fruit flavours balanced well by lively acid and subtle oak handling.
Sparkling Cuvee
Straw green in colour, with an aroma of ripe pears and citrus fruits. The palate is lively with delicate soft fruit and a crisp clean finish.

Rosé
Lifted red fruits of cherry and strawberry with hints of rose petal followed by dominant raspberry and cherry flavours on the palate, this is an attractive easy drinking Rose.

This lovely soft Shiraz is a richly balanced wine with aromas of plums and mulberries that flow seamlessly through to the palate with a delicate smooth finish.
Rocky Crossing Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is medium bodied in style and displays classic Cabernet characters of black current and ripe plums. Twelve months maturation in French and American Oak have given the wine a complex and rich finish.
Winters Mist Merlot
This wine is medium ruby red in colour showing aromas of cassis, blackberry and mint with rounded earthy Merlot overtones. The palate is richly balanced showing ripe dark berry fruits with well integrated savoury oak and soft tannins giving this wine a lovely smooth finish.

Dolce Verdelho - Dessert Wine
A lifted aromatic nose showing tropical fruit characters with a hint of musk, followed by palate rich in tropical fruit and ending with a generous sweetness.
Solera Verdelho
Made from a range of vintages of Hunter Valley Verdelho grapes that were fortified on skins and aged in mature casks, this Muscat style of fortified wine offers sweet nutty flavours which are balanced by generous sweetness and robust alcohol.
Rockend Fortified Tawny
Made from small parcels of hand selected grapes that were fortified on skins, this wine is rich and full with lashings of soft red berry fruit, accompanied by an obvious sweetness. A lovely ruby port style of fortified wine.

Babbling Brook Cabernet Shiraz
Thunderbolt Shiraz
This is a traditional style Hunter Shiraz. Black berry fruits with fresh spices and hints of mocha carry seamlessly from the nose to the palate which is layered with velvet tannins and delicate spicy oak.

Deep red with purple hues this wine offers a complex nose of ripe plum, cassis, and charry oak followed by a palate which is rich, intense and very rounded.

Reserve Stone's Throw Semillon
Pale green with bright green hues. This wine is a very good example of a high class Semillon from 2022. Delicate and grassy with fresh clean citrus characters on the nose the palate is delicate and long coupled with a racy acidity. This wine consistently wins multiple awards.

The palate is tight and lean with a subtle creamy mouth feel of intense chardonnay flavour, finishing with a lovely long palate with clean crisp acid. This wine has great structure and balance.
Wildfire Unwooded Chardonnay (Unwooded)
This wine has a good depth of green straw colour with bright green hues. A rich nose with aromas of melon and white peach, the palate is clean, fresh and full to taste with well balanced acidity. This is a very good example of an unoaked Chardonnay.
Yarrawa Road Chardonnay
Medium straw green in colour the nose has great depth, offering up complex biscuity oak and solid ferment characters. The palate is very rich and shows great complexity which is enhanced by the use of very high-quality French oak.
