2023 Chardonnay

Hunter Valley, New South Wales

This wine is pale straw in colour with a lifted aroma of green melons and citrus peel. The nose is beautifully balanced by underlying toasty notes from the new French oak barrels. The palate is tight and lean with a subtle creamy mouth feel of intense chardonnay flavour, finishing with a lovely long palate with clean crisp acid. This wine has great structure and balance.
