• Background

  Made from small parcels of hand selected grapes that were fortified on skins, which has enhanced the fruit driven nature of this this wine. It was then aged in mature hogsheads before bottling.

• Colour

  Medium red with red brown hues.

• Bouquet

  Clean, fresh and lifted with obvious “cherry ripe” fruit with hints of oak creating a very intricate nose.

• Palate

  Rich and full with lashings of soft red berry fruit which is accompanied by obvious sweetness. This generous fruit is balanced by the delicate use of oak which has produced a lovely ruby port style of fortified.
