These two varieties merge to make a complex wine which is pale green straw in colour with lifted citrus aromas and hints of passionfruit and soft grassy overtones. This wine is crisp and lively on the palate with tropical flavours and a tightly structured finish.

      The fresh young Semillon characters of lemons and limes are enhanced by vibrant passionfruit undertones. The wine is nicely weighted and has great texture and flavour with refreshing acidity.
