Obvious blackcurrant and plum characters are evident on the nose which has been complexed by the use of high-quality oak creating vanillin undertones. The nose is intriguing and more you delve into the wine the more you see- black fruits, red fruits, vanillin, plum, spice all in harmony.
- Palate
Blackcurrant and plum characters dominant the very rich palate. This is a very big wine that is full flavoured, rich, intense but at the same time juicy, which makes the wine a very enjoyable drink. Tannins are firm but not out of balance.
